„Adrian Paunescu„ Memorial House

The „Adrian Paunescu” memorial house was officially inaugurated on 26.08.2020, at the birthplace of the poet Adrian Paunescu. In this house, on July 20, 1943, the poet saw the light of day, which would overwhelm millions of Romanians on both banks of the Prut River through the vigor and tenderness of his lyrics. The „Flame” Cenacle (1973–1985), later the „Still Love” Cenacle (founded in 1990) played an enormous role in promoting Romanian music and poetry, mass culture in general, dialogue with the young generation, they launched a plethora of notorious performers and poets.
