Description
The house-museum consists of 4 rooms. Two of them, the big house and the work room of the fabulist, are arranged with characteristic objects for the XIXth century, with Moldovan carpets, but also with Egyptian-style furniture and parquet. Two others are exhibition halls that present the life and activity of the great fabulist.
Heritage:
The museum also contains a rich collection of household items, including only one personal object of the poet, which has been preserved to this day, a weapon from the first half of the XIXth century.
An impressive collection of publications from those times is gathered, as well as documents and images that, in one way or another, are related to the life of the fabulist.
