„Grigore Vieru” House Museum, Pererita village, Briceni

The rooms of the house are arranged with things that belonged to his family, but also other authentic exhibits from the years 1930-1940. Inside, the painting of the walls and ceiling made by the great poet's mother has been preserved.   

The house-museum also contains an annex with the exhibition of Grigore Vieru's creation: volumes of poetry, manuscripts, photographs, translation volumes and literary criticism.

Pererita village is located in the Prut River meadow, so it is a very picturesque place with a special energy. 

Good to know! In the casa mare (a special room for guests) there is a carpet, which was from the dowry of the Vieru family, it was received, when the poet's wife presented it as a bride, to the relatives from the village.
