Rural house “Casa rustica”

Location and distances: The house is located in a quiet and green area not far from the park of the “Boyar Garden" in the village of Chiscareni, at a distance of 110 km from Chisinau, 20 km from Sangerei, 29 km from Balti. The village of Chiscareni is a picturesque village, documented on March 6, 1560 and appeared on an aristocratic estate with an even older name: Zimbruani and Chiscani.

General facilities: the rural house offers a beautiful terrace shaded by a cherry tree with barbecue area, an old cellar, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a garden with flowers and vegetables, a generous area planted with raspberry bushes and an orchard with fruit trees.

Room facilities:  The living and sleeping rooms are decorated in a traditional style, both with access to an outdoor terrace, a bathroom and a kitchen equipped with tableware necessary for the independent preparation of dishes. The room is equipped with clothes rack, electric blankets, heating with stove in winter.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation of the booking for dining services can be made 48 hours before the scheduled date of the event, without the application of any penalties.

• In case of non-presentation for accommodation, notwithstanding the existence of a secure booking which has not been cancelled, payment of the penalty in the amount of 100% of the contracted rate per room for the first night of accommodation
