“Gagauz Sofrasi” ethnotourism complex

Gagauz Sofrasi is a unique ethno-tourist complex in the village of Kongaz dedicated to Gagauz traditions and culture. Here tourists can feel the famous Gagauz hospitality and get acquainted with the world of the rich Gagauz culture. Guests will be treated in the best place in the house - in a special room called “Buuk Bas”.

General facilities: 10 living spaces (4 houses made in traditional Gagauz style, six in classical style), an ethnographic museum, a terrace with panoramic views of the tourist attractions of Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia, a restaurant with traditional Gagauz specialties, winery “Gagauz Mazası”, a banquet hall “Favorit”.

Cancellation of the booking for individual accommodation and dining services can be made 48 hours before the scheduled date of the event, without the application of any penalties.
In case of non-presentation for accommodation, notwithstanding the existence of a secure booking which has not been cancelled, payment of the penalty in the amount of 100% of the contracted rate per room for the first night of accommodation

The wine cellar of the complex stores wines from all wineries and wine cellars in Gagauzia. Here every guest can taste and buy wines from the southern region of Moldova. Excursion (The guide will take you around the whole complex and tell you about the life, culture and traditions of Gagauz people. You will visit the ethnographic museum, the wine cellar and the terrace. In the museum, you have a unique opportunity to wear traditional Gagauz costumes and take beautiful photos).
