EcoVillage Moldova Complex

”Eco Village Moldova” is not an ordinary boarding house; it is a special place, an initiative of the people who decided to create an eco community.

Here are four buildings: 

• Residential house, where two families live; 
• “Mushroom” house for organising small workshops; 
• The horse sanctuary 
• Main building - EcoVisio Training Center.

Shopping opportunities: The complex has a small shop where eco-friendly products are sold: herbal teas, organic bags, mugs or books on ecological topics.

Potato Festival - Riscova village is known as “Potato Grower's homeland”, where for generations the locals have been growing potatoes. In the fall, they organise a local holiday dedicated to potatoes. Visitors have the opportunity to choose from 20 varieties of local potatoes and brought from other countries. During the holiday, organically grown potatoes and conventionally grown potatoes are sold. Thematic programs for children, competitions and amusement activities are organised; potato dishes and other seasonal products are served

Good to know! Any profit accumulated by the EcoVisio Training Center is invested in the development of the village of Riscova and in the creation of educational opportunities for visitors with fewer opportunities.
